SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY BALLETI CLOTHING

SHIPPING Once your order is confirmed, our team begins processing it immediately. Please allow 1–2 working days for dispatch from our warehouse (Monday–Friday).

In case of restocking or high-volume periods, dispatch may take longer. If that happens, our support team will notify you of the delay via email.

If any item from your order is temporarily unavailable, please allow up to 7–10 working days for processing. Orders with multiple items may be shipped in separate parcels — you’ll receive individual tracking updates for each.

We offer:

Free Standard Shipping across India and globally.

Express Shipping available on request (charges borne by the customer).

TAXES & DUTIES All product prices are inclusive of taxes. However, international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY At BALLETI, every piece is crafted with precision and intention. If your order doesn’t fit or meet expectations, we’re here to help.

ELIGIBILITY Items must be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

Sale items, limited drops, and customised pieces are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE For Indian Customers:

For International Customers:

Reach out via WhatsApp (+91 8817711669) with your order number and reason for exchange.

PICKUP & SHIPPING Within India:

Once approved, our courier partner will schedule a reverse pickup within 1–5 working days.

A return shipping fee of ₹100 will be deducted from your refund (waived if the product is defective or incorrect).

For International Customers:

Customers must return items using a tracked courier service.

We can provide a pre-paid return label for eligible orders upon request.

GUIDELINES Exchanges can only be made for the same or higher value.

Exchange items are final sale — they cannot be returned or converted to store credit.

Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days of the product reaching our warehouse and passing quality checks.

Once approved, the refund will reflect in your original payment method within 7–10 business days (or up to 20 for international orders).

If an order is canceled after shipment, the refund will only be processed once the product returns to our warehouse and passes inspection.
