BALLETI EXCHANGE POLICY

At BALLETI, every piece is crafted with precision and intention — designed to feel like you.
If your order doesn’t fit right or feels off, we’ve got you covered.

ELIGIBILITY

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all packaging and tags intact.

  • BALLETI reserves the right to decline exchanges if the product:
    (i) appears to have been used, washed, or worn, or
    (ii) is damaged (except in cases where it arrived damaged).

HOW TO INITIATE AN EXCHANGE

  1. Go to the Exchange Tab in our website menu.

  2. Fill in the required details as mentioned.

  3. Our Customer Experience Team will reach out for confirmation or any additional information needed.

Once approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged within 7 days of confirmation.
Please ensure the product is packed securely, the same way it was delivered.

If you received a defective or incorrect item, email us at contact@balleti.in with clear images.
Our team will verify and make it right.

Note: Reverse pickups are arranged only after confirmation from our Customer Experience Team. We rely on our trusted delivery partners — BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, and others.


RETURN / REFUND POLICY

BALLETI currently offers exchange only — no returns or refunds.
If your desired size or style is unavailable at the time of exchange, our team will assist you with an alternate product or issue store credit where applicable.
